Punching
Punching is a technical process for producing precisely formed adhesive parts with consistently high quality from a variety of materials. Krückemeyer implements your punching solution flexibly and in a process-compliant manner – as classic standard items or customer-specific production.
Tape Punching
During Tape Punching, precisely fitting, self-adhesive parts are produced – ideal for rapid assembly, automated processing, and precise adhesive solutions without manual trimming.
Film die-cutting
Film die-cutting enables exact contours, cutouts and functional geometries – e.g., for protective, insulating, sealing, or front films, tailored to the component and process.
Die-Cutting for Labels
With Label die-cutting, roll or sheet stock is processed into custom shapes, sizes and special contours – perfect for brand labels, functional labels, and technical markings.
Foam Die-Cutting
Foam die-cutting delivers precise sealing, cushioning, and damping elements, exactly to the contour – for mechanical engineering, automotive technology, electronics and packaging inserts.
Laminating film punching
Through Laminating film punching, protective and functional laminates are produced in custom shapes that can be quickly and easily applied – ideal for front films, displays and surface technology.
Rubber punching
In rubber punching, seals, pads and functional rings are manufactured to exact specifications – for reliable sealing and decoupling in industry, automotive and plant engineering.
Ihr Partner für Stanzlösungen
As a technical converter, materials are processed in a manufacturer-independent manner so that they become easy-to-process stamped parts – from raw material optimization to production-ready output, suitable for simple manual assembly or fully automated application.
Häufig auftretende Probleme bei Stanzteilen
Does this sound familiar to you?
- Constant rework before or after the bonding/assembly step
- Material that should actually fit in the application but causes problems in the process
- Dimensions that do not align cleanly with the part or the application fixture
- Long setup times and unnecessary stoppages in production
- Applications that are too complicated or take too long
Was Sie bei Stanzteilen erwarten dürfen
Source material & set it up sensibly
We arrange suitable stampable pre-materials and prepare them so that they can be reliably processed in your production – optionally also as an economical product alternative with comparable material properties.
Exact fit, not compromise
Whether delicate or large, in small or large series: stamped parts are designed so that geometry, tolerances, and output format fit your application and integrate optimally into your production process.
Save time & costs – through handling rather than rework
The biggest lever is often not in the contour, but in the Application: stamped parts can be prepared with processing aids so that your process becomes faster, more stable and ergonomic.
Welche Materialien können gestanzt werden?
Generally, almost all cut-, die-cut- and rollable materials can be processed on a project-specific basis – precisely to size, shape, and specification. These include single- and double-sided adhesive tapes, technical and protective films, as well as foams; as needed, also non-adhesive materials that are subsequently equipped with a self-adhesive backing.
Welche Ausführungen sind machbar?
The goal is always to provide the option that best fits your application process – so that stamped parts can be integrated seamlessly into your production.
Verarbeitungshilfen (für Taktzeit & Bedienbarkeit)
Stamped parts are designed not only to fit geometrically but also to be process-accurate. With appropriate processing aids (e.g., defined grasping areas, ejection assistance, fixturing/positioning) you reduce search and handling times, avoid misplacements, and reduce the effort in assembly and automation.
