Automated production with adhesive technology means: adhesive tapes or adhesive films are integrated into the process in such a way that positioning, joining and quality assurance run reproducibly and cycle-time-stable – for manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic applications. For series automation, materials are often pre-fabricated (e.g., stamped parts, finger lift tabs, peel tabs, positioning aids), so that pick-and-place and automatic application function reliably and manual setup times are reduced. In addition, inline measurements and statistical indicators (e.g., CPK) and standards-based requirements such as DIN 2304-1 ensure documented process stability, reduced scrap and a more efficient, scalable manufacturing process—from prototype to high-volume production.
