Our optical measurement technology with a line-scan camera performs sampling-based checks on the dimensional accuracy of the adhesive stamped parts and calculates CPK values to document process stability traceably.

This includes, for example, the optical inspection of adhesive die-cut parts using a line-scan camera for dimensional control – including the calculation of Cpk values for evaluating and documenting process stability.
