Our cleanroom environment is designed for manufacturing of customized adhesive solutions—with a modular, deployable, high-performance machinery fleet for punching, laminating, and cutting technologies.

The cleanroom production began with providing tailor-made adhesive solutions from OCA films – for the technically clean bonding of displays.

Cleanroom production in adhesive technology means: Tapes as well as film and foam parts are processed under controlled conditions to reliably minimize particles, fibers and contamination – a clear advantage, e.g., for OCA applications, medical technology, and electronics.

Technical cleanliness is combined with process-safe cutting and punching technologies as well as consistent quality assurance. In addition, automation (e.g., Pick-and-Place) and optical inline measurement with CPK evaluation increase repeatability and reduce scrap – especially for sensitive liners, application aids, and delicate stamped parts.
