Applikationshilfen im Überblick

Application aids are small but highly effective process boosters in adhesive technology: They make handling of adhesive tapes, die-cut parts, and liner systems faster, cleaner, and above all reproducible – whether manual, semi- or fully automatic. Typical are finger-lift solutions with an overhanging tab that significantly facilitates the removal of the release liner, and thus supports fast, clean application.

Additionally, removal tabs help to safely and quickly remove the liner in production – especially for tape pieces or die-cut parts that are to have the liner removed in a single step. Often such features are integrated directly into the roll or part layout: positioning and fixing aids, handling tabs, perforations or positioning holes improve dispensing ease and reduce assembly errors, because parts are easier to pick up, align and apply. Result: less effort, less scrap, shorter cycle times – and adhesive processes that are noticeably better suited to practical needs.
