Film Lamination
Film lamination enables the construction of multilayer film composites with defined functional properties such as protection, conductivity, or flexibility. Krückemeyer processes technical films individually into laminated layer structures.

Folie kaschieren im Überblick
Laminating film means building one or more layers of film – if necessary also together with adhesive tapes, foams or other carriers – into a multi-layer composite. This allows properties to be combined in a targeted way (e.g., protection, barrier, slip behavior, electrical insulation), films to be made self-adhesive, or adhesion to be functionally adjusted – for example through different adhesive systems or an adhesive changeover per side.
Depending on the starting form, the implementation is achieved via laminating lines for roll stock or laminating tables for sheet stock: With the help of adhesive films the layers are bonded bubble-free under a defined pressing pressure, so that the composite material can subsequently be cut, rewound, or punched.
