In vinyl cutting of films, film materials are cut precisely along contours using a plotter — without a traditional punching tool.
This method is especially suitable when:

Vinyl cutting offers maximum flexibility with high precision.
In general, many technical and self-adhesive films are suitable, including:

Feasibility depends on material thickness, construction, and cutting requirements.

Because no tooling is required, traditional die-cutting tooling costs are not incurred — for larger runs, however, another process may be more economical.
A fixed minimum order quantity does not exist in general.
Plot-cutting is particularly economical for individual pieces, samples, or small production runs. For larger runs, we assess which process is technically and economically optimal.
