Tape punching
During tape punching, custom adhesive shapes are created – for example rings, pads or contours that fit the component exactly and can be processed directly in the assembly.
Laser cutting of adhesive tapes
The laser cutting of adhesive tapes enables very fine geometries and cutouts – ideal when conventional punching tools reach their limits or frequent design changes are required.<\/p>
Tape Cutting
During the adhesive tape cutting, roll- or sheet stock is cut to the required widths and lengths—from the narrow tape for automatic dispensers to the precisely cut pieces for individual workstations.
Cross-wound tape reels
Cross-wound adhesive tapes offer long tape lengths on a compact reel unit - this reduces reel changes, eases handling, and supports a smooth operation in automated systems.
